See you soon! ~ Wash and Conditioning is included in all services by unless stated otherwise. If you are extremely tender headed, it is recommend to come washed and blowed out straight . Please reserve 3-4 hours for install time as services will not be rushed for any reason. If you will be pressed for time, please book toward the beginning of the week, book a VIP, or early bird appointment. I WILL NOT RUSH FOR ANY REASON. VIP Please call or message for VIP appointments. VIP appointments are an additional $75. VIP’s are times before 9am or after 4:30. Squeezing in a day that is already full/booked. Last minute/same day appointments. If you are needing to be in and out at a certain time. A VIP is strictly based on availability. PRE-APPOINTMENT No children or extra guest are allowed during your appointment. Inquiry hours are from 9am-7pm, Tuesday-Saturday. Anything outside of this timeframe must be sent via email or social media. Please refrain from calling outside these hours. A $25 non-refundable/transferrable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be charged to the card on file during booking. You will only be able to move your deposit 1 time before having to rebook. All wigs, frontals, or closure must be received 3 full days in advance for customization or jet-black rinse. Anything received after 3days, a same day customization fee will be applied. Out of town clients have the option to have hair mailed to salon in advance. Sunday and Mondays are not drop off days. Same-day customization and add-on must be added during booking or discussed prior to appointment and is strictly based on Jazz’s availability that day. If you have an event such as a wedding, birthday, baby shower, prom etc. please use time management & book a VIP, Early Bird, or earlier in the week. Friday’s & Saturday’s are the busiest days and Jazz will not rush for any reason. Unless you are using air-pods or head phones, excessive phone conversation will result in you being asked to step aside to finish your conversation. SEW-INS When booking a “Traditional Sew-In”, please consider the length and condition of your natural hair & edges prior to booking a “Traditional Sew-In”. If you have thinning , balding, alopecia or if your hair is severely broken off, you will not be serviced for a “Traditional Sew-In” and the cancellation fee will be charged to card in file. In-person consultations are highly recommended. Please arrive with your bundles dried and ready to be installed. Closure/Frontal Sew-Ins are done MONDAY-WEDNESDAY. Any day thereafter is subject to a $50 up-charge. HAIR No Amazon / AliExpress hair. If you are wanting a wig/hair provided with your service by Jazz, you are able to book services with hair included under the list of services. Deposit for hair will be charged to card on file at the time of booking. Unless your bundles were installed by JazzDidMyHair, previously used bundles will not be used at all. Showing up with previously used bundles with result in cancellation and remaining balance will be charged to card in file. ALL INSTALLS COME WITH A BASIC PRESS OR SOFT CURLS. SOFT CURLS WILL ONLY BE INCLUDED FOR LENGTHS UP TO 22 INCH. ANY ADDITIONAL LENGTHS OR STYLING (wand curls, crimps, twist, blunt cut, swoop bang, half up/half down,etc..) is an upcharge. For maximum results, hair provided by JazzDidMyHair, raw hair , or any of the suggested vendors listed in your confirmation email is highly suggested. HD lace only. All units provided are premade unless requested otherwise. All premade fit a standard head sized of 21”-22.5”. Anything bigger will have to be custom made. COLOR Color services will not be done on hair that is broken off, balding or thinning, or if scalp is inflamed. Only hair provided by Jazz will be bleached or colored unless the hair is 613. Unless discussed prior, client must send highlight and custom color inspiration pictures via email, text, or instagram 24 hours post booking. Custom coloring must be booked 7 or more days BEFORE appointment date OR 3 days at minimum for “roots”, jet-black rinse , or rush services. MAINTENANCE 16. Maintenance timeframe for lace is 2-3 weeks. Anything outside of 3 weeks is a full install. Maintenance timeframe suggested for traditional sew-ins are 4-5 weeks. All maintenance only comes with a bone-straight press. Any additional styling such as curls, etc. needs to be added during booking. Wigs are only washed for maintenance services. TARDINESS All clients have a 10 minute grace. After 10minutes a $25 fee is assessed, 15 minutes after, your appointment will be cancelled. Please consider traffic and distance based on where you are traveling from. ~ ALL CLIENTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FULLY EXAMINE HAIR BEFORE LEAVING. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE/STYLE FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE ADVISE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. JAZZDIDMYHAIR IS NOT LIABLE AFTER YOU HAVE LEFT. ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

Cancellation Policy

There will be 50% fee of your full balance due for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This includes arriving to salon the day of and canceling services. Any no-shows will prohibit any future bookings.
